Organizing Migrant Workers

Shramik Sanjal actively builds and nurtures robust communities of Nepali migrant workers across diverse sectors, including construction, hospitality, retail, domestic work, agriculture, and manufacturing. We maintain that through collective organization, workers develop stronger connections, amplify their collective voice, increase social capital, and gain greater protection.

Our community provides a safe space for members to share their lived experiences and narratives, fostering positive discourse and hope, as well as belonging and empowerment for everyone.
