Vision

All migrant workers are empowered to make choices that enable them to live with dignity and enjoy a decent life free from discrimination.

Mission

Our mission is to realize this vision by organizing, supporting, and empowering migrant workers. We work with worker-led volunteer groups, drawing on their lived experiences and mutual trust, to provide assistance, advocate for rights, and amplify voices. We prioritize Nepali migrant workers and strive for unity, dignity, power, and safety.

Goals

Our movement is led by those with direct experience in the field: migrant workers ourselves.

We aim to empower migrant workers through education and skill development, advocate for policy reforms that safeguard our rights, and deliver essential direct support services.

Our overarching goal is; "To build power and agency for Nepali migrant workers in the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Malaysia to advocate for their rights."

We advocate for the democratic rights of Nepali migrant workers and work to strengthen their power and agency in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and Malaysia, enabling them to effectively claim and defend their rights. Additionally, we promote and support ethical recruitment practices for prospective migrant workers.

Objectives

Our initiative is grounded in grassroots organizing and migrant worker-led advocacy, with a focus on empowering Nepali migrant workers through collective voice, dignity, and rights-based action. We strive to amplify the lived experiences of migrant workers and connect their concerns with policymakers, institutions, and the broader public to facilitate meaningful social change.

Our primary objectives are as follows:

To advocate for ensuring democratic rights for Nepali migrant workers.
To support ethical recruitment practices for aspirant migrant workers.
