Our Mission
Our mission is to turn this vision into reality by organizing, supporting, and empowering migrant workers. We collaborate with worker-led volunteer groups, guided by their lived experiences and built on trust, to support those in need, stand up for their rights, and amplify their voices. We place Nepali migrant workers at the center, striving for unity, dignity, power, and safety.
Mission: Shramik Sanjal is committed to uniting and empowering fellow migrant workers through training, expanding membership, and advocating for their rights to live in peace, decent, and safe conditions with dignity.

Shramik Sanjal is driven by core objectives to realize our mission. We strive to empower migrant workers through education and skill-building, advocate tirelessly for policy reforms that protect our rights, and provide critical direct support services. Ultimately, our goal is to foster strong worker communities and drive systemic change for the future of dignity and safety for all.
Goal: To build power and agency for Nepali Migrant Workers in the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Malaysia to advocate for their rights.
