Empowerment is central to our mission. We believe true empowerment occurs when workers recognize their own agency. Shramik Sanjal is committed to creating opportunities for workers to move beyond the label of victim and embrace their roles as agents of economic transformation. We focus on equipping migrant workers with the skills, knowledge, and leadership experiences necessary to effect meaningful change.

Through learning, engagement, and leadership opportunities, we seek to transform prevailing narratives of victimhood, vulnerability, and disempowerment that undermine human potential. Our goal is to promote narratives centered on worker power, dignity, and voice.

Our community leader works to empower fellow migrant workers as peers, collaborators, and educators, fostering the transformation of individual strengths into collective action.
