How SS Explores

Migrant workers face limited access to meaningful representation, national and global platforms, skill development training, leadership development, mentorship, and coaching. Survivors and migrant workers frequently encounter barriers to these opportunities. To address this gap, Sharmik Sanjal focuses on building internal capacity and pursuing national and international opportunities. We provide skills development training and representation in internal forums to ensure migrant voices are heard and reflected in policy.
