How We Educate

Shramik Sanjal’s training model is shaped and influenced by its members' lived experiences. We believe that those who have navigated the complexities of migration are the best teachers; therefore, our training model prioritizes disseminating information to migrant workers. We focus on providing essential guidance for those navigating migration in the Gulf countries and Malaysia, offering specialized pre-departure orientations and raising awareness of ethical recruitment pathways to avoid illegal fees or scams, debt bondage, and forced labour.

By partnering with experts and specialized organizations, we design comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique needs of our migrant worker community. Recognizing the immense psychological toll of foreign employment, we conduct mental well-being sessions designed to build emotional resilience and provide a safe space for communal healing.
