Workers' empowerment is not ensured by training alone; it requires consistent, meaningful participation and engagement. Our Empowerment model is deeply embedded in its core principles, one of which is Engage. Our migrant worker-centered approach ensures our fellow migrant workers who are members actively engage in our interventions. We cultivate a culture of peer-to-peer support to strengthen solidarity. This approach ensures Nepali workers are protected and informed, helping them navigate the challenges of foreign employment.
